Sonnet for the Gene Pool of Stratford

Thy revolving cast of evolution,
In and by which we are all interlinked,
May well bring mine fast execution.
But crocodiles might never go extinct
&
A fresh species that is learning to swim
Could try a new way of staying afloat.
But,
Crocodiles did not invent the forelimb,
Shakespeare stole almost everything he wrote.

To they that may drown in a wishing well:

From old form borrow, in content rebel.
